Singing has psychological benefits because of its normally positive effect in reducing stress levels through the action of the endocrine system which is linked to our sense of emotional well-being.


Learning to play the keyboard is hard work and takes dedication. Not only does each song mastered increase a child’s self-esteem, but showcasing their newly learned talents at recitals can boost their self-esteem as much as winning a game in a sports competition.

Cuboro is a didactic toy of Swiss origin, designed with wooden marble tracking system made of cubed elements. It induces creative thinking. Kapla is a wooden block construction toy designed for children and adults. Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). It is performed to music and practiced in a group setting led by an instructor.
